Freda Elmore is an author, Bible teacher, prophet, speaker, wife, mother, and founder of Keep It Moving Ministries. Long before there was a ministry, there was a woman learning how to keep moving. Through divorce, single motherhood, raising four children, working, serving in church, and carrying responsibilities that often required her to keep showing up even when she was still healing herself, Freda discovered something that would eventually become central to her life's message: Being in a difficult season does not mean God has left you there. There were seasons when the path forward wasn't always clear. Yet through them, Freda began to recognize God's presence differently—not simply as the One waiting for her on the other side, but as the One who was with her in the middle of it. That revelation changed the way she understood her journey. And eventually, it changed what she was called to teach.
God Walked Her Through...
He Equipped Her to Help Others Walk Through.
Keep It Moving Ministries grew from Freda's conviction that painful seasons should not become permanent addresses.
Her experiences became more than memories. They became lessons about faith, forgiveness, identity, healing, obedience, and what it means to continue moving when life gives you every reason to stop.
Today, Freda helps men and women examine what has shaped them, confront what continues to hold them, release what no longer belongs in their future, and replace it with the truth necessary to move forward.
This isn't about erasing your story.
It's about refusing to give yesterday authority over tomorrow.
Today, Freda stands on the other side of seasons she once had to walk through one day at a time.
She is now married and living the very truth she teaches: God can restore, rebuild, and write new chapters without wasting the ones that came before them.
She doesn't reach back because she is still living in yesterday.
She reaches back because she remembers the road.
Her heart is to help others recognize God's presence while they're still navigating their own process—to remind them that healing is possible, identity can be restored, faith can grow again, and purpose still exists beyond what happened.

And You Don't Have to Stay Stuck.
Whether you're rebuilding after disappointment, questioning what comes next, healing from something you thought you had already overcome, rediscovering who you are, or simply trying to hear God in an unfamiliar season, Freda wants you to understand:
God has not abandoned the process.
There is something to learn.
There is something to release.
There is something to rebuild.
And there is somewhere to go from here.
Not because what happened didn't matter.
But because what happened doesn't get the final word.
